Reserved - Intentionally Omitted] Clause Samples
The "RESERVED; INTENTIONALLY OMITTED" clause serves to indicate that a particular section or provision in a contract has been deliberately left blank or excluded. In practice, this means that while the contract may reference a numbered section or heading, no substantive terms or obligations are included under that heading. This approach is often used to maintain consistent numbering throughout a document, especially when certain provisions are removed during negotiations or are not applicable to the agreement. Its core function is to prevent confusion or disputes about missing content, ensuring clarity and organizational consistency in the contract.
