Common use of Reserve Equipment Clause in Contracts

Reserve Equipment. Contractor shall have available to it, at all times, reserve Collection equipment which can be put into service and operation within one (1) hour of any breakdown. Such reserve equipment must correspond in size and capacity to the equipment used by the Contractor to perform the contractual duties.
