Common use of Reserve Equipment Clause in Contracts

Reserve Equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall have available to it, at all times, 4 reserve Collection equipment which can be put into service and operation within one (1) hour of 5 any breakdown. Such reserve equipment shall correspond in size and capacity to the equipment 6 used by the CONTRACTOR to perform the contractual duties.
