Reseller Information. Lenovo and the Enterprise of which it is a part, may store, use and process contact information and other information about Reseller, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses obtained in the course of this Agreement. Such information may be processed and used in connection with this Agreement and the Products or Services. It may be transferred by Lenovo to any country where Lenovo does business and it may be provided to entities acting on Lenovo's behalf in relation to this Agreement and the Products or Services.
Reseller Information. In connection with this Agreement, RESELLER has provided and shall provide CLIENT with certain information that is proprietary and confidential to RESELLER or the RESELLER Licensors and necessary or useful for CLIENT to exploit the licenses granted hereunder.

Reseller Information. 3.1 Except as otherwise required by law, CenturyLink will not provide or establish ancillary services and/or resale of Telecommunications Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to Reseller’s execution of this Agreement. The Parties shall complete CenturyLink’s “New Customer Questionnaire,” as it applies to Reseller’s obtaining of ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder.

The Parties shall complete Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire,” as it applies to RESELLER’s obtaining of Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder.
