Research Reserve Sample Clauses

A Research Reserve clause establishes a set amount of resources, such as funds or time, specifically allocated for research activities within a project or agreement. This clause typically outlines how the reserved resources can be accessed, the types of research they may be used for, and any approval processes required before use. Its core function is to ensure that sufficient resources are available to support ongoing or future research needs, thereby preventing resource shortages and supporting the project's innovation or compliance objectives.
Research Reserve. Each Member agrees that the Board may establish a reserve of ACE for each Groundfish species for purposes related to research. The terms and conditions for the distribution of ACE placed into the reserve shall be established through an agreement between the Board and the Member(s) electing to place ACE in the reserve. The amount of the reserve shall not exceed the ACE of such Member(s), their Permits, and their participating Vessels, and shall be deducted from the Sector ACE before such Sector ACE is distributed through Individual ACE or otherwise.
Research Reserve. Each Member agrees that the Board may establish a 15 before such Sector ACE is distributed through Individual ACE or otherwise.
