Common use of Research Projects Clause in Contracts

Research Projects. The Parties undertake to collaborate on various research projects as individually contracted for by one or more separately issued research project specifications (each, a “RPS”) in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (Form of Research Project Specification) (each, a “Project”). A RPS proposed by one Party shall be agreed by the other Party within 2 weeks from the date on which that Party has provided the other Party with the proposed RPS. If such agreement is reached than the proposed RPS shall incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement by reference.

Research Projects.
