Research Period. The research period of the Collaborative Research shall be as set forth in Paragraph 6 of the Agreement Particulars.
Research Period. The research period of the Entrusted Research shall be as set forth in Paragraph 9 of the Agreement Particulars.
Research Period. Unless the Collaborative Project is sooner terminated pursuant to Section 2.3(f), 13.4 or 13.5, the Collaborative Project shall terminate upon the date which is four (4) years from the Effective Date in Inflammation and Osteoporosis, respectively (the "Research Period"); provided that the Research Period may be extended twice for periods of one (1) year each by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Research Period. 4.1The period of the research shall be identified in Attachment 1, commencing on [Day Month Year] and terminating on [Day Month Year].
Research Period. The Joint Research Program shall commence on the date upon which the Joint Research Plan is approved by the Parties in accordance with Section 3.3.1 below (the “Commencement Date”). The Joint Research Program shall continue for a period of [ * ] from the Commencement Date (the “Research Period”), and may be extended by the decision of the Steering Committee (as defined below) or by mutual written consent of the Parties.
Research Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “Research Period” means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of: (a) the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.3.2(a) (Performance of the Research), Section 2.3.2(b) (Performance of the Research) or Article 8 (Term and Termination; Additional Obligations); or (b) the Phase 1 Materials Acceptance Date.
Research Period. The Parties agree that the term of this Agreement shall be commencing from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY.
Research Period. The term of each Research Project will be as stated in the Research Project Appendix and will be subject to extension only by the Parties’ mutual written agreement, provided that if the Research Project does not begin on the effective Project Start Date or is interrupted through no fault of the parties, an automatic no-cost extension will take effect that is equal to the time of the delay or interruption.
Research Period. Following the expiration of the Research Period, Active Compounds with respect to which ImClone fails to proceed with Due Diligence shall be deemed to be Inactive Compounds for all purposes hereunder; provided, that any Active Compound which is the subject of claim(s) under a pending Patent shall continue to be treated as an Active Compound during the Exclusivity Period so long as ImClone exercises Due Diligence with respect to any Collaboration Compound.
Research Period. Neither Party may grant sublicenses under the rights granted to it by the other Party under Sections 4.1 except as expressly set forth in the Research Plan or otherwise with the prior written consent of the other Party.
