RESEARCH GENERALLY. (a) Access to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Library and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Botanical R&D Platform. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide the Company and any agent of the Company that is subject to confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those set forth herein with full access to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Library and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Botanical R&D Platform during the Exclusivity Period to perform the Research in accordance with the Research Plan.
