Research Costs. During the second year of the Research Term, and upon completion of the “analysis of sera (J&J and ACI) on functionality” as identified on part 1 of the Research Plan in Schedule 1.66, ACI will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a written invoice for [*****].
