Common use of Research Agreement Clause in Contracts

Research Agreement. In the event COMPANY or its Affiliates wish to conduct research on the Licensed Patents or any Licensed Product with Inventors or LICENSOR, this research will be the subject of a separate research collaboration agreement between EMORY, UABRF, or CHILDREN’S (as applicable) and COMPANY to be negotiated in good faith by the relevant Parties.
