Common use of Rescission Right Clause in Contracts

Rescission Right. The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he has read and understands the terms of this Release in its entirety, (b) he has entered into this Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release before signing it; (d) he was provided twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Release, in which case this Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth in the Agreement.

The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he has read and understands the terms of this Mutual Release in its entirety, (b) he has entered into this Mutual Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Mutual Release before signing it; (d) he was provided twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Mutual Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Mutual Release, in which case this Mutual Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Mutual Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth in the AgreementCompany.

The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he has read and understands the terms of this Release Agreement in its entirety, (b) he has entered into this Release Agreement knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release Agreement before signing it; (d) he was provided twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Release Agreement to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this ReleaseAgreement, in which case this Release Agreement shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Release Agreement during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in Section 12(d) of the Employment Agreement.

The Executive Employee may revoke this Release during those seven (7) 7 days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in the AgreementSection 7 herein.

The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) 7 days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth in the Agreement[address], Attn: General Counsel.

The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he has read and understands the terms of this Release Agreement in its entirety, ; (b) he has entered into this Release Agreement knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release Agreement before signing it; (d) he was provided twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Release Agreement to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this ReleaseAgreement, in which case this Release Agreement shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Release Agreement during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of the address set forth in the AgreementCompany.

The Executive Employee may revoke this Release during those seven (7) 7 days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in the Agreementparagraph 7 herein.

The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at its principal executive offices, c/o the address set forth in the AgreementCompany’s Chief Executive Officer.

The Executive Employee expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he she has read and understands the terms of this Release in its entirety, (b) he she has entered into this Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he she has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release before signing it; (d) he she was provided twenty-one (21) 21 calendar days after receipt of the Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he she is provided seven (7) 7 calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Release, in which case this Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive Employee may revoke this Release during those seven (7) 7 days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in Section 16 of the Agreement.

The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he Executive has read and understands the terms of this Release in its entirety, (b) he Executive has entered into this Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he Executive has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release before signing it; (d) he Executive was provided twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he Executive is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Release, in which case this Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth in the AgreementCompany, care of its Vice President- Human Resources.

The Executive Employee expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he she has read and understands the terms of this Release in its entirety, (b) he she has entered into this Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he she has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release before signing it; (d) he she was provided twenty-one (21) 21 calendar days after receipt of the Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he she is provided seven (7) 7 calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Release, in which case this Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive Employee may revoke this Release during those seven (7) 7 days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in the AgreementSection 7 herein.

The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company Company, care of its general counsel, at the address set forth and in the manner indicated in Section 16 of the Employment Agreement.

The Executive expressly acknowledges and recites that (a) he has read and understands the terms of this Release in its entirety, ; (b) he has entered into this Release knowingly and voluntarily, without any duress or coercion; (c) he has been advised orally and is hereby advised in writing to consult with an attorney with respect to this Release before signing it; (d) he was provided up to twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Release to consider its terms before signing it; and (e) he is provided seven (7) calendar days from the date of signing to terminate and revoke this Release, Release in which case this Release shall be unenforceable, null and void. The Executive may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth in the AgreementBank.

The Executive Employee may revoke this Release during those seven (7) days by providing written notice of revocation to the Company at the address set forth specified in Section 14(e) of the Agreement.
