Resale Price. Distributor may resell Products at any price that Distributor in its sole discretion determines.
Resale Price. The sales price of the Workforce Housing Unit that the Eligible Buyer receives upon the sale of the Workforce Housing Unit to a third-party.
Resale Price. Several points of reference are used in arriving at a resale price for a repossessed home. First, the Servicer will provide the Field Representative with a figure representing the Servicer's actual cash cost in the home multiplied by a factor of 150%. This figure provides a baseline price below which the property generally will not be sold. Sales for a price below such baseline price require the permission of the Regional or Assistant Regional Supervisor. Second, the Field Representative makes reference to the current price for a similar new home. Finally, the Field Representative refers to the market price prevailing for comparable homes in the area, discounting, if necessary, for the work left to be done to bring the house to completion.
Resale Price. CaminoSoft is free to determine its own resale prices for the Legato Product. No employee or representative of Legato has any authority to dictate or in any way inhibit CaminoSoft's pricing discretion with respect to the Legato Product.
Resale Price. CMS is entitled to give recommended price for the Products in Territory to DKSH and both Parties shall fully discuss the resale price before implementation., However, DKSH shall be free to determine the resale price of the Products in the Territory. DKSH shall keep CMS fully and timely informed on the change of price and price structure of the Products in the Territory.
Resale Price. A. Purchaser shall not sell an Acquired property for a Resale Price of more than the lesser of 1) Fair Market Value of the property at the time of resale, or 125% of net development cost, as defined in Exhibit 4, attached to this Agreement. The Resale Price for this purpose is defined as the total compensation paid by the resale buyer to Purchaser (including the amount of any financing provided by Purchaser, whether repayable or not). The Fair Market Value of the property at the time of resale shall be determined by the appraisal obtained by resale buyer’s lender, or if there is no resale buyer’s lender, by an FHA Roster appraiser hired by Purchaser. Purchaser may not impose limitations with respect to when or to whom the property may be resold or requirements that the resale buyer share appreciation with another party, unless such buyer is required to do so by conditions associated with the program under which other state or local assistance is provided.
Resale Price. The Parties acknowledge that Distributor may offer the UT Product in the Territory at such prices or discounts as Distributor, in its sole discretion, may determine.
Resale Price. Subject to Juniper’s ability to establish maximum resale prices, Reseller shall, in its sole discretion, determine the resale prices of Products and Services for its End Users, provided that if Juniper approves a non-standard discount, Reseller will, at minimum, pass through such non-standard discount to the End User for whom the non-standard discount was intended and only for the specific End User location and Products (including the maximum number of units) approved by Juniper.
Resale Price. Newsoara shall be free to establish its own resale price of the Product to Customers within the Territory. Newsoara shall notify LBS following any change in its pricing policy for the Product.
Resale Price a price indicated in the Confirmation Notice at which the resale of Gaseous Fuel constituting the Mandatory Stock takes place in case of the termination of the Confirmation Notice;
