Requirements for the Services. In order to use the Services, you must: (i) be an entity formed or incorporated in the United States or Canada or an individual sole proprietor 18 years of age or older residing in the United States or Canada; (ii) accept, agree to, and comply with these Terms; (iii) register with us and create a user account (a “User Account”) on the Website or through the Customer Service group identified in Section 6; and (iv) provide all information requested by us, such as your legal name (or the legal name of your business), your email address, your mailing address, your phone number, your tax identification number, your license plate(s) and vehicle information, USDOT (or applicable Canadian agency) information, payment account information, and such other information as we may request from time to time (collectively, “User Information”).

Requirements for the Services. Enabel and the Government of Uganda have received funding from the Government of Belgium and the European Union to implement a new 5-year country portfolio (2023 – 2027) targeting Rwenzori/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, West Nile, Busoga and Central regions. The overall objective of the programme is to ensure that young people especially young women develop into active, economically independent citizens in a sustainable society that respects human rights and ensures quality basic services. This will be achieved through two pillars. The programme will start with onboarding of all staff to ensure implementation. The onboarding is a rare opportunity for staff to understand what it means to work for the organization. It is also a chance to build a strong team spirit at the start to ensure harmonious relationship among colleagues. It is against this background that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is procuring accommodation for field staff who will travel to Kampala to participate in the onboarding exercise.
1.1.1 General objective • To provide accommodation for Enabel staff. The Contractor shall apply the technical methodology for delivery of the services in the most suitable way for achieving the results and in accordance with the requirements laid down in the specifications and industry best practices. The detailed technical specifications of the items and quantities are listed below: Provision of bed and breakfast for 48 people nights 13
i. The hotel shall Provide 48 single occupancy self-contained rooms (including bed and breakfast)
ii. amenities such as warm water, Wi-Fi, cooking equipment for hot water, (with sufficient toiletries), mosquitoes’ repellents or nets and well fumigated.
iii. The hotel shall Provide adequate security to guarantee the safety of staff and their property.
iv. The hotel shall also Provide reliable 24/7 internet connection and television in the rooms.
v. The hotel shall also Provide comfortable and user-friendly facilities.
vi. The hotel shall Provide quality and healthy breakfast for staff at all times i.e.,
vii. The hotel shall also Provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing services upon request by staff which shall be billed on the individual consuming the service and not the contracting authority.
viii. The hotel shall also Display the highest standard of Customer Service
ix. The hotel shall also Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in all areas
x. The rooms provided by the hotel shall also be free of unnecessary interruptions (noise, and frequent movement of people)

Requirements for the Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Belgian development agency, works towards a society that provides present and future generations with sufficient resources to build a sustainable and fair world. To this effect, it works with the government of Uganda to implement priorities for the National Development Plan and the United Nations 2030 agenda for sustainable development. The organization works in a number of sectors with a focus on education, health, environment, social protection and digital for development.
