The coordinator will need to closely collaborate with the Contracting Authority ensuring that the quality of the assignment meets the standards set. In addition, he/she shall safeguard that the requirements as described in this tender are being kept.

The contractor shall submit separate technical teams for the different locations.

The expert will require the skills and expertise, as specified in part 1.2.3.

The key staff will not be replaced during the implementation of the contract without prior written approval by the contracting authority. The experience should be post qualification/after graduation in relevant qualifications. Copy of Engineers Registration Board documents and Practicing Certificate shall be required. Site engineer with at least a BSc degree in Civil/Building Engineering with 7 years’ general experience in works and 5 years’ specific experience as a site engineer in works of an equivalent nature and volume. Each CV should be no more than 3 pages excluding academic certificates and signed by the expert Electrical Engineer: The electrical engineer who shall also be the team leader shall be a holder of a University degree in Electrical Engineering and have minimum of five (5) years of experience in electrical installation for institutional buildings and systems. She or he should have at least 1 years of experience in Photovoltaic installations. Xxxxxxx Civil works: At least a diploma or equivalent in building/civil engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in works of similar nature. The Contractor shall ensure that the supervisory staff is available for the whole period scheduled for his/her input to implement the tasks set out in the tender document and/or in the methodology. The supervisory staff will not be replaced during the implementation of the contract without prior written approval by the contracting authority. In case of replacement, the expert's qualifications and experience must be at least as high as those of the expert proposed in the tender.
