Requirements for Subdivision. The Lessor must ensure in respect of any subdivision that: (a) the rights and benefits of the Lessee under this Lease are not prejudiced or derogated from; and (b) the liability of the Lessee is not increased, as a result of any matter or thing arising from the subdivision.
