It can only be revoked or modified by a writing signed by the Chairperson of the Personnel Committee of Bancorp’s Board of Directors, the Chairperson of Bancorp’s Board of Directors or another person specifically designated by the Board of Directors of Bancorp and Executive, that specifically states an intent to revoke or modify this Arbitration Agreement.
