Requirement for Overtime. 4.5.1.1 Employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of overtime, if so requested by the AFC, giving consideration to exceptional business and/or personal circumstances. For the purposes of this Clause overtime must be authorised by the employer or their duly appointed representative prior to working the overtime. Unauthorised overtime will not be paid.
