Common use of Required Training Clause in Contracts

Required Training. An employee required to report to plant site or stay beyond his/her regularly scheduled shift for training purposes shall be entitled to the minimum guarantee of four (4) hours base hourly rate, or actual hours worked at one and one-half (1-1/2) base hourly rate, whichever is greater.
