Common use of REQUIRED STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

REQUIRED STANDARDS. The Audit Service Provider will provide the Audit Services in accordance with: (a) the requirements of the Act and all applicable laws; (b) any reasonable lawful direction of the Auditor-General or the Auditor-General’s Representative; (c) the Financial Audit Policy Manual; (d) the Work Program; (e) the General Performance Standards; (f) any representations made by the Audit Service Provider as to the provision of the Audit Services in the Tender Documents. In the event of any inconsistency between the requirements in clauses (a) to (f), the requirements of clauses (a) to (f) will prevail in that order.
