Required Reporting Submission. The Provider shall submit reports according to the reporting requirements specified in Exhibit . In the case of an anticipated delay in meeting this requirement, the Provider shall submit a written justification for the delay and a request for an extension to the contract manager prior to the expiration of the submission deadline.
