Required Overtime. In the event that sufficient acceptable personnel do not accept overtime on a voluntary basis or in the event of an emergency, such additional persons, as are deemed necessary by the District, shall be required to work overtime. Planned overtime shall be offered first on a voluntary basis. Employees required to call substitutes before or after their regularly work hours shall be compensated for a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes. Such time worked will be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1&1/2) their regular rate.
