Required Licenses. Interested employees shall have a valid Ohio CDL and shall make written application to the Employer through their respective supervisor. The application shall state the particular piece of equipment that the employee is interested in being trained on. The Employer shall not be obligated to consider applications from any applicant who has been found guilty in the three (3) years prior to the application of DWI, reckless operation, or any related offenses. A copy of such application shall be given to the Union.
