Common use of Required Interrogations and Tests Clause in Contracts

Required Interrogations and Tests. Employees under investigation may be compelled to submit to Blood Alcohol Tests, blood, breath, or urine tests for controlled dangerous substances where there is reasonable suspicion of alcohol or unlawful drug use, or interrogations which specifically relate to the subject matter of the investigation. Such tests shall be conducted consistent with the provisions of Article 4, Prevention of Substance Abuse/Employee Rehabilitation of this Agreement.
