Common use of Required Education Clause in Contracts

Required Education. Whenever the County requires an employee to attend a school, seminar or workshop to improve work skills, the County will pay the full cost of the employee’s wages and benefits and shall pay all expenses directly related to attendance at such training. The County reserves the right to deny payment for any expense request submitted which it deems unnecessary or excessive.
