Common use of Required Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Required Disclosures. The Developer shall immediately notify the City of the occurrence of any material event which would cause any of the information furnished to the City by the Developer in connection with the matters covered in this Agreement to contain any untrue statement of any material fact or to omit to state any material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make any statement made therein, in the light of the circumstances under which it was made, not misleading.
