Required Coverages. Without in any way limiting Contractor’s liability pursuant to the “Indemnification” section of this Agreement, Contractor must maintain in force, during the full term of the Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:  The following types and amounts of insurance are those most commonly required in City contracts, but departments should tailor the types and amounts of insurance to the particular risks of each contractor’s services. For example, if the Contractor would deliver fuel, transport hazardous waste, or operate aircraft, higher policy limits and specific types of coverage may be necessary.
