Common use of Required Attendance Clause in Contracts

Required Attendance. The District may require a unit member to attend workshops, training sessions, meetings, or other similar activities. A unit member attending such activities will be compensated in the same manner that he or she would be compensated for performing regular duties. Necessary expenses related to required attendance will be paid by the District.
