After Hours PCPs and specialty Provider contracts shall provide coverage for their respective practices twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and have a published after hours telephone number; voicemail alone after hours is not acceptable.
Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.
Completion of Due Diligence VPI has substantially completed its due diligence of the COMPANY as of the date hereof, except for any additional investigation that may be needed as a result of a notice pursuant to Section 7.7 or an amendment pursuant to Section 7.8.
Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.
Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.
