Requests from data subjects and Regulators. Upon receipt of a request from a data subject or any Regulator in respect of the Data under the GDPR, you are expected to:
9.12.1 promptly (and in any event within three days) notify us of the request including full details of the request; ensure that you do not respond to that request without our prior written consent (except as required by law in which case You shall to the extent permitted by law inform us of that legal requirement before responding); and
9.12.2 fully co-operate with and promptly (in any event always within five days) and properly respond to all enquiries from us and any regulator so that we can ensure both parties comply in good time with any request by a data subject to exercise any of their rights under the GDPR; and or respond promptly to any enquiry made, or investigation or assessment of processing initiated by any Regulator.
Requests from data subjects and Regulators. 4.1 The Contractor warrants and undertakes that it shall, and shall procure that all Third Parties shall, notify the University within 2 Working Days, at no cost to the University, of any complaint by a Data Subject in respect of his Personal Data or any request received from a Data Subject to exercise his Data Subject rights under the Data Protection Legislation, or of any other communication relating directly or indirectly to the Processing of any University Data in connection with this Contract and provide all details of such complaint, request or communication to the University and promptly and fully cooperate and assist the University in relation to any such request or communication.
4.2 Neither the Contractor nor any Third Party shall respond directly to any request by a Data Subject for access to their Personal Data, to any complaint by a Data Subject in relation to the Processing of their Personal Data, or (unless and to the extent required by law) any communication by a Data Protection Authority to them in relation to any University Data, in each case unless expressly approved in writing in advance by the University.
