Common use of Requests for Meetings Clause in Contracts

Requests for Meetings. A. Written request for negotiations between the Board and the Association may be submitted by either party. A written request will be made within ten days of the receipts of any such written request, provided that the first meeting shall be held within fifteen days after receipt of the request. The respective chief negotiators will establish a mutually acceptable time and place for the meeting.
