Requests for Change. A. Process Changes The Executive Board shall have the authority to adopt new processes for Data Sharing pursuant to this E-MOU to maintain or improve the integrity of data being exchanged and improve the efficiency and efficacy of how the data is being shared (collectively a “Process Change”) by adopting amendments to the E-MOU. For Process Changes, and upon the request from the Executive Board, the Data Governing Board may evaluate the change and provide comments to the Executive Board.
