Common use of Requesting and Granting ETO Clause in Contracts

Requesting and Granting ETO. ETO must, except in unusual 16 circumstances, be requested in writing in advance of the time off desired. Consistent 17 with the Hospital’s responsibilities to provide adequate patient care, the Hospital will 18 make a reasonable effort to approve the nurse’s request.
