Requested Changes. If it is necessary for either Party to request changes in the schedule, content, or format of the usage data transmitted from PACIFIC, the requesting Party will notify the other Party and the terms and conditions of the change shall be mutually agreed upon pursuant to the process set forth in Section 1.5.
