Common use of Request for Extension Clause in Contracts

Request for Extension. The Borrower may, by written notice (the “Extension Notice”) to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Revolving Lenders) not earlier than one hundred twenty (120) days and not later than sixty (60) days prior to the Revolving Maturity Date, request that each Revolving Lender extend the Revolving Maturity Date for two (2) additional six (6) month periods from the Revolving Maturity Date then in effect, each such extension to be irrevocably granted on the date (an “Extension Effective Date”) that each of the conditions set forth in this Section 2.18 have been satisfied. Upon the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in this Section 2.18, an Extension Effective Date shall occur and the Revolving Maturity Date then in effect shall be extended for six (6) additional months.

Upon the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in this Section 2.18, an the Extension Effective Date shall occur and the Revolving Maturity Date then in effect shall be extended for six one (61) additional monthsyear.
