REQUEST FOR EARLY VACATION. LONGEVITY PTO PAY Flight Attendants may request early vacation/Longevity PTO pay at the rate specified in 14.C. [Vacation/Longevity PTO Pay], above. The request must be made at least seven (7) days before vacation/Longevity PTO. Early vacation/Longevity PTO pay will be paid on the first paycheck due the Flight Attendant that is more than seven (7) calendar days after the date of the request.
