Request For Alternative Workweek Sample Clauses
Request For Alternative Workweek. The basic workweek and hours of work as defined under Section 15.02 may be changed, provided that all of the following procedures and approvals occur:
(a) The employee makes a written request by completing the application for an alternative work schedule, 4/10/40 or 9/8/80, to his or her Department Manager/Director. The application is available through the Human Resources Department; and
(b) The Department Manager/Director determines that the needs of the department will not be jeopardized should the request be granted; and
(c) The Division EMT Member approves in writing said request.
Request For Alternative Workweek. It shall be at the sole discretion of the Department Manager/Director to implement an alternative workweek schedule for a classification of employees within his or her Department.
