Request for Advance/Reimbursement. ‌ A request for an advance or reimbursement must comply with the requirements in 2 CFR 200.305. Each request must be submitted through the Delphi eInvoicing system and include a completed Standard Form 270 (SF-270), “Request for Advance or Reimbursement” as an attachment in the system. Upon execution of the grant award, recipients, in accordance with their project plan, may request up to 50% of the total federally funded amount of the award. The remaining amount may be requested, upon receipt and approval, (by the PHMSA Agreement Officer) of the “Mid-Term Progress Report.” All Recipients must be registered in the System for Award Management (XXX) to receive payments on their invoices.   • Request for Payment A. Not more than once every thirty days the Consultant shall file its request for payment, accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the City justifying the request for payment, including a report of Work accomplished and tasks completed, and an itemization of Eligible Expenses with copies of receipts and invoices.

  • Travel Advance Regular employees not covered by a work party advance, and who are required to proceed on travel status, shall be provided with an adequate travel advance. The amount of advance will be determined by such factors as time away from headquarters and the frequency of reimbursement.

  • Reimbursement Requests This is a cost-reimbursement Agreement. Disbursement of funds under this Agreement may be requested only for necessary, reasonable, and allowable costs described in PART B, and for which the Subrecipient has made payment during the period of performance set forth in Section 2.1 above. The City agrees to reimburse the Subrecipient for such costs, and payment shall be made upon receipt of a request for reimbursement form (PART C) accompanied by a monthly accomplishment report from the Subrecipient specifying the services performed and expenses incurred.   • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Request for a Panel 1. Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters. 2. The complaining Party shall deliver the request to the other Party, indicating at least, the reason of the request, the identification of the measure, an indication of the provision of this Agreement that it considers relevant and an indication of the legal basis of the complaint. The Panel will be considered as established on the date of receipt of the corresponding request to the other Party. 3. Unless otherwise agreed by the disputing Parties, the Panel shall be selected and perform its functions in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Requesting Reimbursement Requests for reimbursements must be submitted via the ASAP system. Requests for reimbursement should coincide with normal billing patterns. Each request must be limited to the amount of disbursements made for the Federal share of direct project costs and the proportionate share of allowable indirect costs incurred during that billing period.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Travel Advances The University will, to the extent permitted by State law and rule, provide travel advances, upon request, of up to eighty (80) percent of budgeted expenses for authorized travel of longer than five (5) consecutive days.

  • Request for Waiver A. Prior to submission of a request for a partial or total waiver, Bidder/Contractor shall speak to the Designated Contacts of the OGS Office of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises for guidance.
