Common use of Represented by Counsel Clause in Contracts

Represented by Counsel. Plaintiffs and Settling Defendants acknowledge that each have been represented by counsel, and have made their own investigations of the matters covered by this Settlement Agreement to the extent they have deemed it necessary to do so and are not relying on any representation or warranty by the other party other than as set forth herein. Therefore, Plaintiffs and Settling Defendants and their respective counsel agree that they will not seek to set aside any part of the Settlement Agreement on the grounds of mistake.

Plaintiffs Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class and Settling Defendants Defendant acknowledge that each have been represented by counsel, and have made their own investigations of the matters covered by this Settlement Agreement to the extent they have deemed it necessary to do so and are not relying on any representation or warranty by the other party other than as set forth herein.
