REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WAIVER-PLEASE READ. Purify Pros and Service Professional mutually agree that by entering into this agreement to arbitrate, both waive their right to have any dispute or claim brought, heard or arbitrated as a private attorney general act representative action, and an arbitrator shall not have any authority to arbitrate a private attorney general action ("Representative Action Waiver"). This Representative Action Waiver does not apply to any representative claim brought pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (Labor Code section 2698, et seq.); all such claims must be brought in a Court of competent jurisdiction, not in arbitration.
