SFC AND PCFS PFG, with respect to all matters set forth in this Article III, jointly and severally with PLAC, SFC and PCFS, represents and warrants to Buyer; PLAC, with respect only to matters relating to itself and the PennLife Companies, severally and not jointly with any other Seller (except PFG) represents and warrants to Buyer; and SFC, with respect only to matters relating to itself and the ConLife Companies, severally and not jointly with any other Seller (except PFG) represents and warrants to Buyer; and PCFS, with respect to matters relating to itself and the PCFS Assets, severally and not jointly with any other Seller (except PFG) represents and warrants to Buyer, as follows:
