Representations and Warranties at the Closing. Each of the representations and warranties contained in this Section 4 is true and correct as of the date of this Purchase Agreement. Purchaser will make the same representations and warranties on the Closing Date and the Delivery Date and such representations and warranties when so made will be true and correct as of the Closing Date, and the Delivery Date, respectively.
