Representation Letter. Upon exercise of all or any part of the Option, the Optionee will deliver to the Company the Exercise Representation Letter substantially the same as the one set forth on Exhibit B hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended by the Board from time to time. Optionee also agrees to make such other representations as are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Company and its counsel.
