Representation and Membership. The Company and the Union both agree that they will not interfere, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against any employee because such employee is or is not a member of the Union.
Representation and Membership. The overall structure of the LPPB will be nine members as detailed below:  LBL Elected Members: two councillors to be determined through the outside bodies appointment process  LBL Officers: two officers to be nominated by the Director of Environment and Streetscene  Friends of Larkhall Park: two committee members to be nominated through a process agreed by FoLP members  Oasisplay: one representative to be appointed by the Oasisplay Director  Youth representative: to be appointed by the Oasisplay Director  TRA representative: from one of Lambeth’s estates in the vicinity of the park, within Larkhall ▇▇▇▇, to be appointed by the appropriate committee. Estate to be chosen with the assistance of ▇▇▇▇ councillors  ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Estate Residents Association (SERA) representative, to be appointed by the SERA committee.
Representation and Membership. A. MEMBERSHIP • The DSPC is composed of the following voting members: − Administrators 4 − Classified Staff 4 − Faculty 4 − Students 3 Total 15 B. SELECTION OF DSPC MEMBERS Representatives will be selected by their constituencies. C. The Academic Senates will appoint three (3) faculty representatives as follows: (1) from Fresno City College (1) from Reedley College (1) from Clovis Community College ▇. ▇▇▇▇ will appoint one (1) faculty representative. E. Two (2) classified representatives shall be appointed by the California School Employees Association (CSEA). Two (2) classified representatives shall be selected by the Classified Senates. The four classified representatives should be selected by their respective constituent groups so all SCCCD colleges and the district are represented. California School Employees Association and Classified Senate will mutually work together to provide representation from all SCCCD colleges and district office, however CSEA still reserve its right to select its appointees from any SCCCD college or district office regardless of the Classified Senates appointees. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ (3) student representatives shall be appointed by their recognized student organizations as follows: (1) from Fresno City College (1) from Reedley College • One (1) from Clovis Community College ▇. Representation and Membership. The overall structure of the HGPPB will be ten members as detailed below:  One ▇▇▇▇ councillor: from Streatham Hill or successor ▇▇▇▇(s), with other ▇▇▇▇ councillors attending as required.  LBL Officers: two officers to be nominated by the Assistant Director Neighbourhoods.  Friends of Hillside Gardens Park and Palace Road Nature Garden: two committee members to be nominated through a process agreed by the committee.  Hitherfield Primary School: one representative to be appointed by the Headteacher.  Youth representative: to be appointed on personal recommendation from one of the other participating organisations.  TRA representatives: from Palace Road Tenants’ and Residents’ Association and Hillside Gardens/Redhill Court Tenant’s and Residents’ Association, to be appointed by the appropriate committee.  Hillside Gardens Park Community Growers representative, to be appointed by the committee.
