Repository Sample Clauses
The Repository clause defines the designated location or platform where documents, data, or materials related to the agreement are stored and managed. Typically, this clause specifies whether the repository is physical or digital, outlines who has access, and may set requirements for maintaining, updating, or retrieving information from the repository.
