In addition, the Company will notify reporting persons monthly of the number of shares of Company stock which are shown on the Company's records as being beneficially owned by them as of the end of each month. The reporting person must reconcile this information if it is incorrect.

It is agreed that the intent of this paragraph is that Charter shall provide the Company with all data necessary for the Company to serve its contract owners and comply with the requirements of law and regulatory authorities, in the form required thereby; it is not the intent of the parties to impose upon Charter any duties beyond such requirements.
