Common use of Reports to Management Clause in Contracts

Reports to Management. Simultaneously with the delivery of the financial statements described in Section 5.1, the Borrower shall also deliver to Lender copies of reports to management and management letters prepared by the accountants to the Borrower, each certified as true and correct by a Responsible Officer.
