Reports to Governmental Authorities. Unit Operator shall make all reports to governmental authorities that it has the duty to make as Unit Operator.

A.3.6.1 With the exception of Environment Act Licence No. 2648 RRR, Design Builder shall: prepare all reports, make all information submittals and provide all notices to all Governmental Authorities required by all Permits, Licences and Approvals and under Applicable Law with respect to the Project; provide the City with copies of such regulatory reports for review, comment and signature, as applicable, at least 10 Business Days before their filing with the Governmental Authority, or concurrently with the filing in the event that Applicable Law require an immediate filing with the Governmental Authority; and certify to the City the accuracy and completeness of all reports, submittals, data and other information prepared by Design Builder and proposed for filing.

Neither Party represents or warrants that any information it may furnish to the other Party under the provisions of this Agreement will satisfy any of the requirements that may be imposed by any applicable state or federal laws and by any applicable orders, rules, and regulations of any Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction. Further, neither Party assumes the responsibility for the making of any reports to any Governmental Authorities that are required to be made by or on behalf of the other Party.

GM will endeavor to keep AMG informed of, all information and reports and data filed with any governmental agency with respect to the New Vehicles and provide AMG with copies of all such materials upon AMG's request.
