(a) Not later than 60 Within sixty days following of each May 15, the Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. The Trustee shall also comply with the other provisions of Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports by Trustee.
