Common use of Reports by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports by the Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 1 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 151, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.

(a) On or before July 15 about May 15th in each year in which calendar year, so long as any of the Securities are Outstandingoutstanding hereunder, commencing in the year following the execution of this Indenture, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaidprepared, to the Securityholderssecurityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security RegisterRegister or in the case of Global Securities, electronically, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, detailing certain events that occurred within the previous 12 months.

(a) On or before July May 15 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 1560 days, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, detailing any events described in said Section 313(a) that occurred within the previous 12 months.

(a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, mail to the Securityholders, as Securityholders (to the extent their respective names and addresses appear upon in the Security Register, ) or through the facilities of the Depositary a brief report dated as of the preceding May July 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.
