Common use of Reports by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders and other persons such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the TIA on or before July 15 in each year that such report is required, such reports to be dated as of the immediately preceding May 15.

Reports by the Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders and other persons such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture Indenture, but only as may be required pursuant to the TIA TIA, on or before July 15 in each year that such report is required, such reports to be dated as of the immediately preceding May 15.

To the extent that any such report is requiredrequired by the TIA with respect to any 12 month period, such reports to report shall cover the 12 month period ending May 15 and shall be dated as of transmitted by the immediately preceding May next succeeding July 15.

(a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders and other persons such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the TIA on or before July 15 in each year that such report is required, such reports to be dated as of the immediately preceding May 15.

The Trustee also shall comply with TIA Section 313, as applicable.
